Samsung Galaxy SIII unveiled: 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED display, 1.4GHz quad-core, eye tracking

After getting the iPhone like buzz, Samsung today unveiled it’s Android flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy SIII in London. As expected Galaxy SIII is a huge device with a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED display with 720p resolution larger than Galaxy SII. This beast is powered by Samsung’s new 1.4GHz Exynos 4 quad core processor, with 1GB of RAM. Galaxy SIII runs Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with Samsung’s TouchWiz.
