Apple Development CenterApple Development Center is where our beloved iOS, MacOS and other software’s are developed. Apple is setting up its first technology development center out side USA in Hyderabad, India. With an investment of $25 million (Rs 170 crores approx), Apple likely host 4500 employees in 250,000 square feet office space at WaveRock IT SEZ.

Demand for Apple phones are surprisingly increasing in India.¬†Between July 2014 and June 2015, Apple sold 1.55 million iPhones and 272,500 tablets in India. The larger screen size of new iPhone’s helped boosting in sales. Even though these sales figures are very less when compared to global sales figures, India will be a big opportunity for Apple’s growth. Its worth noting that, India recently crossed USA to become worlds 2nd largest smartphone market.

Apple has many software vendors like Infosys working for them in India and also country has many skilled resources working on Apple eco-system as iOS developers etc. And more over India is known for skilled resources in software development for very less paychecks compared to western counter parts.

So, Apple Development Center in India is a logical choice for Apple, and we wish them all the very best in India.
