Google brings secured search [SSL encrypted]

It means, this feature protect your search terms and your search results pages from being intercepted by a third party. It may be personal, you don’t want other’s to know the information on what and how you are searching on Google and now you are more secured with Google encrypted search. By encrypting the communication channel between Google and a searcher’s computer, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption made third partiers like hackers unable to access the connection between your computer and Google servers. So, they cannot read what you are searching. SSL search may be slower but better secured.
