Twitter is banned in China. As we do workaround in our office’s to access blocked websites, Chinese Twitter lovers also do the same, to access twitter. Cheng retweeted a joke and arrested for retweeting. She sent to a jail for one year for disturbing social order. It’s happed on her wedding day.

She (@wangyi09) retweeted her fiancé’s tweet,

"Anti-Japanese demonstrations, smashing Japanese products, that was all done years ago by Guo Quan. It’s no new trick. If you really wanted to kick it up a notch, you’d immediately fly to Shanghai to smash the Japanese Expo pavilion."

It turned into joke after she adding "angry youth, charge!" to the tweet. You should be careful when you are under “rules and restrictions.”
