We seen Goo.gl not only make short URLs and also gives a QR code for the URL. Goo.gl actually uses Google Chart API to convert the URL into a QR code. And yes you can turn any thing into QR code, not just an URL.
Here is how?
Just copy http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?cht=qr&chs=150×150&choe=UTF-8&chld=H&chl= and paste into your browser and at end (following ‘=’) add what you want to turn in to QR code and hit enter. You will get a QR code for that.
Using Google Chart API you can generate charts dynamically using a url string.
